Michael Mills Injury Attorney


Attorney Michael A. Mills is no stranger to the Orlando area, having attended the University of Central Florida where he received his B.A. in Political Science in 1995. Michael then went on to study law at Florida State University College of Law where he was a Virgil Hawkins Scholar and Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. He received his Juris Doctorate in April of 2000.

As an Attorney, Michael has spent over 6 years practicing Insurance Defense Litigation for law firms, such as The Cicchetti Law Firm and Conroy Simberg Ganon Kevans & Abel. He spent 2 years at a mid-size Plaintiff firm practicing PIP and Bodily Injury before venturing out on his own with a longtime friend from law school in 2008. For the last 6 years, Mr. Mills helped build a very successful personal injury department with Graham and Mills, Attorneys at Law. Where he focused on representing clients in the areas of: Personal injury, Wrongful Death, Auto Accidents, and Slip and Falls.


Attorney Jabari A. Bennett is an associate attorney at The Injury Assistance Law Firm and joined the firm in September of 2016. Born and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia, Mr. Bennett moved to Florida where he attended The University of Tampa for college. In college, Mr. Bennett was a fellow in the university’s Diversity Fellowship program and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and earned a minor in Law and Justice. In college, Mr. Bennett was a member of the Spartan team that competed in the American Collegiate Moot Court Association regional tournament. Mr. Bennett was selected to deliver the commencement speech at graduation and shared the dais with the keynote speaker and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, President of Liberia and first female head of state in Africa.

After finishing his undergrad coursework, Mr. Bennett attended Florida A&M University, College of Law in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Bennett was very active in law school, serving as a judicial intern in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida during his second year. Mr. Bennett was also a member of the American Bar Association in the Law Student Division, while participating on the school’s trial advocacy competition team. Mr. Bennett served in the Student Bar Association, advocating for his fellow classmates, holding the positions of Vice President his second year and President of the student body in his final year.

Before joining The Injury Assistance Law Firm, Mr. Bennett was a litigation associate at a prominent national insurance defense firm for three years, and he looks to bring his knowledge and experience to benefit his clients in his practice. Mr. Bennett believes in relentlessly advocating on behalf of his clients and looks forward to assisting you personally.

In his spare time, Mr. Bennett enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, playing golf, working out and trying new restaurants.
